Because we are confident in our workmanship, at Fanning Services, Inc. your new air conditioning system not only comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty, but is also your installation is protected by a full 1 year guarantee.

In addition to our service guarantee and manufacturers warranty, Fanning Services, Inc. also provides extended warranties, financing options through American General and preventative maintenance agreements that provide you the peace at mind that your new system will receive a minimum of two scheduled maintenance checkups per year. Our "PSA" or Planned Service Agreement includes checking of the wiring both on the inside and the outside, blowing out or cleaning of the condensate drain, checking for proper operation of the thermostat, checking of the filter, inspection of all visible ductwork and heat strips, verification of the temperature split across the coil, and a thorough cleaning of the outdoor coil if needed. Once complete we will then provide a complete report of any problems we may find during our inspection.
